The Wash Book

One price for the whole company.

$200 per month

Includes ten office logins. $10 a month for each one after that. Washers and drivers are free, however many you have.

14 days free, no card. Cancel any time.

Why the crew are free. Charging per person would make it cheaper to keep washers off the app and have one person type in everyone’s work at the end of the day. That is the exact habit this replaces, so it isn’t something to charge for.

What’s in it

Questions people ask first

What counts as an office login?

Anyone who can sign in and whose role is above frontline staff — owners, account managers, sales, schedulers, crew leads with permission to see accounts. People with no email address can’t sign in and don’t count. Archiving someone frees their login the same day.

What happens when the trial ends?

The book goes read-only. Nothing is deleted — you can still open everything and download it. Add a card and it picks up exactly where it stopped.

Can I get my data out?

Any time, without asking. The whole book downloads as a spreadsheet or as a complete copy of every record, from inside the app.

Do you take a cut of anything?

No. It’s $200 a month, plus $10 for office logins past ten. Nothing per wash, per unit or per invoice.

Is my customer list separate from other companies’?

Yes. Every record belongs to one business and there is no path between them. New books start completely empty.

Fourteen days, no card.

Long enough to run two weeks of stops through it and see whether the numbers come out right.
